LETICIA BERDECIA
Leticia Berdecia is a law student with a background in sociology, cultural management, and interdisciplinary research. Her work focuses on the intersection of law, culture, and heritage, with particular interest in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. She is especially interested in cultural policy, historical memory, and the legal frameworks that shape collective identity.

The Journal was presented at the Law Library of the University of Puerto Rico on April 17, 2026.
       The International Law Journal of the University of Puerto Rico is a new academic project launched in 2026. Its inaugural volume features seven articles by authors from across the Americas. Leticia served as the Art and Publication Director, helping bring the digital journal to life. In this role, she established the publication's visual identity and managed the digital design to ensure the critical legal scholarship reached a global audience.
